This application has been designed to provide radar warnings, real-time traffic alerts and relevant information for safer and more efficient driving.
The application and all its contents, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, audio and video material, software, logos, titles, characters, names and icons are the property of Orbital point or, where appropriate, of its licensees. The total or partial copying and reproduction of the contents are strictly prohibited, as is the processing of inverse engineering using any of the contents used by the application.

In this Privacy Policy, the term “personal information” refers to the information you provide to us that personally identifies you, such as your name, device identifier, email address or your location.

Information on the use of the Application
When installing the application on your device, the application gathers ANONYMOUS information regarding its use and information of the device on which it is installed. For example, frequency of use of the application, usage time, type and model of the device, unique identifiers, language, version of the operating system, use of the battery and IP address. We also gather ANONYMOUS information regarding fault reports and performance.
All the information gathered is used to maintain and improve the quality of the service provided. Thanks to this information, Orbital point can offer a customized service, make improvements to the application and resolve operating errors. Firebase Crash Reporting: We use Firebase Crash Reporting for reporting errors and information regarding the use of the application.
Firebase Performance Monitoring: We use Firebase Performance Monitoring for measuring the performance of the application and to perform optimisations that improve the user experience.
Firebase Remote Config: We use Firebase Remote Config for performing A/B tests and validating or purchasing the results relating to changes or improvements applied to different application user populations.
Firebase Cloud Messaging: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging for sending messages and notifications to the users of the application. The messages may be sent to individual devices, groups of devices or specific segments. We can obtain statistics on how the users interact with our notifications (For example, the number of messages opened or conversion events associated to a particular message).

Information that you voluntarily share with us, such as your email address, age, gender, user name or any information about your profile that we can use to offer you a more personalized experience. We use your data to send you news, statistics and additional information related to our services.

Location information
To the extent in which Orbital point offers services that record their location and you use these services, Orbital point may gather and process your location data to provide services based on said location. Your GPS location shall not be accessed without your consent.
Orbital point may use ANONYMIZING location information (information that cannot be matched to users) and make it available to its partners or any other third party. For example, it may provide the GPS information (location, speed, GPS signal precision, address, date and time) sent to your mobile device to navigation companies, telephone operators, traffic companies and map editors in an aggregate or anonymized format to help them improve their services and resolve any doubts that may arise. Insofar as Orbital point makes the location available to third parties in accordance with this privacy policy, it will always be provided in an ANONYMIZED manner.
By default, the majority of browsers and devices provide means for deactivating GPS tracking. If the user has granted his/her express consent to such possibility, the application may receive information related to their actual geographic location.
In particular, the application uses your GPS location for:
Alerting USERS, based on their location, of possible traffic alerts such as: radar cameras, user alerts, dangerous traffic areas, controlled traffic lights and/or any traffic incident that may be useful for the user of the application.
Notifying new traffic alerts. Our servers receive the type of alert, the location, date/time and the device identifier. This information is temporarily stored on our servers until the alert is no longer active. Your alert will be shown to other users in a completely ANONYMOUS manner.
The application may use publicity to provide the service free of charge. When using the application, your device automatically sends certain information to our advertising partners. This information includes, for example, the name of the application, the type of device and the advertising ID.
The application and our associates may compile and process personal data such as the identifier of your device, location data and other demographic or relevant information in order to offer you customized adverts. If you are a user located within the European Union, you may chose between using the application with customized adverts or non-customized adverts by accessing the “Privacy” option in the application setting.
We may also receive information in an ANONYMOUS manner regarding how our users interact with our adverts.
